Player Classes
  Each Specialist is best in one broad area of knowledge. They can also learn skills from other areas.
The general idea is to have a skill based game. Minimum skill levels are needed to use things or perform actions.
The base stats like Strength, Health, etc. will go up a little with level, but the overall focus in on skill levels.
  Weapons Master - (Fighter) Strength, Health, Dexterity -  Main combat team member. Mr/Mrs death and destuction. When an attack occurs, the monsters will, usually, attack a Weapons Master before going after anyone else. The Weapons Master is the only class that can carry the REALLY BIG guns and wear the heavy armor.
  Scientist - (Wizard) Intelligence, Dexterity, Wisdom - The typical 'Mr. Wizard' type. Puzzles and advanced scientific equipment are toys to this class. Not much of a combatent, but hey, some one has to be able to make that high powered laser useful for something.  
  Medic - (Priest) Wisdom, Intelligence, Dexterity - Everyone get hurt sometime, so it good to have a team member that can bind a wound or re-attach that arm. Healing and insight are provided by this character and good melee skills with average ranged weapon combat skills.  
   
Systems Engineer - (Thief) Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom - Traps and equipment interaction require a techno type. Someon will be needed to repair the damage done by those wandering ex-employees. The Systems Engineer is also a pretty good ranged weapon person and average melee combatant,
 
   
This area is obviously not done yet. Still in concept phase, but is here to give you an idea of what's ahead.
